Installation Overview

1. Allow the engine to cool completely and safely lift the vehicle for access to the front fascia
2. Drain the cooling system using the factory drain petcock or lower radiator hose
3. Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses and any transmission cooler lines
4. Disconnect the fan shroud and carefully remove it before lifting the radiator out
5. Remove the factory mounting bolts and lift the radiator straight up and out
6. Compare the new 46-52161 to the old unit for mounting hole alignment before installation
7. Lower the new radiator into position and secure all mounting hardware
