Verify the exact kit, head unit, mounting brackets and calibration requirements rather than assuming every supercharger delivers the same response.

For a replacement or upgrade pulley, match the supercharger model, mounting pattern, hub, offset and belt rib count. Pulley diameter changes drive speed, so check the manufacturer’s speed limits, required belt and tuning requirements. A pulley labeled for a specific Whipple or Hellcat drive system is not a universal fit for every supercharger.

Intercoolers, Charge Pipes & Turbo Inlets

Blow Off Valves, Wastegates & Boost Controllers

A blow off or diverter valve relieves charge-side pressure when the throttle closes; a wastegate bypasses exhaust around the turbine to regulate boost. The two components perform different jobs.

Choose atmospheric, recirculating or dual-port operation to suit the vehicle’s air-metering strategy and manufacturer application guide. For electronically controlled replacements, confirm the original valve version and connector. Wastegate springs, actuators, solenoids, seals and adapters must match the exact valve or control system; similar appearance is not proof of compatibility.

Nitrous Systems & Water-Methanol Injection

Nitrous systems add nitrous oxide rather than compressing intake air. Choose a complete system or the correct replacement bottle, jet, nozzle, plate, filter or solenoid for the existing installation. Wet and dry systems supply additional fuel differently. Match jetting to the manufacturer’s chart for that system, fuel and flowing pressure; do not select a jet by a generic horsepower claim.

Water-methanol injection has separate requirements for the pump, reservoir, nozzle, controller and injection location. Follow the exact system’s fluid and setup instructions, and plan monitoring or failsafe integration with your tuner when the calibration depends on injection. These components do not replace the need to match the underlying turbo, fuel system and engine calibration.
