Installation Instructions

1. Confirm aFe 49-36623-P against the exact vehicle and installed equipment. Inventory the actual components and follow the selected manufacturer instructions and current vehicle service requirements.
2. Confirm FK8 turbo 2.0L/K20C1, named 2017–2021 range and selected polished rear assembly. Resolve the two-illustrated-versus-three-procedure band quantity with aFe before disassembly. Cool the vehicle; use at least two stands or jacks to support original and new exhaust as the guide requires.
3. Secure the stock exhaust and disconnect the negative battery terminal. Remove the three nuts at the original front connection, release original muffler rubber mounts from the chassis and remove the original exhaust. Transfer its rubber mounts to the Takeda system.
