High Performance Formula Z Pipe replacement for X-Pipe or H-Pipe.
The Z Pipe creates a full mixture of exhaust gases by forcing them together, which can improve horsepower and sound quality. The Z pipe keeps the cross-sectional area the same, which maintains velocity and minimizes pressure. This results in a higher-pitched, cleaner sound with reduced drone.
These patent pending pipes come in 3D Printed 316L Stainless Steel and sizes from 1.875 inches to 3 inches in diameter.
These pipes are made with lasers! Yes that's correct DMLS or Direct Metal Laser Sintering, is a process where a machine laser together the cross section of a part, one very thin layer at a time, from a bed of very fine powdered metal.
Being that it is basically just one large weld, it's considered to be as strong or stronger than it's base metal. With this technology the part can be made at 1/16" thick, just like the exhaust tubes that it's welded to, and still maintain an equivalent or greater strength!
