These are meant to improve the airflow around the rear of the car and make your rear wing work a tiny bit better. Some say you can reduce the wing angle by 2 degrees and fit these and still keep the same downforce numbers.
The covers help to manage the airflow around the rear wing, reducing vortices and drag, therefore offering an improvement to the aero efficiency, and looks at the same time. A perfect marriage of form and function.
Weighing in at only 380 grams each. The wheel covers are made by hand from prepreg carbon of the highest quality. Using composite molds and baked to perfection. Our mounting structure is made out of carbon prepreg that is light weight but gives the structures the rigidity they need and then some. They are hand sanded and polished to a mirror like shine. Angstrom then protects them with a UV resistant epoxy that is backed by their 5 year warranty against cracking and yellowing. No questions asked.
Angstrom supplies all sets with titanium bolts and all mounting and wheel protection hardware.
