Install Instructions
- Clean the bed rails and bulkhead surface with rubbing alcohol before installation.
- Attach the bulkhead seal across the front cap of the bed.
- Position the side rail clamps into the bed rail channel on each side and hand-tighten.
- Set the cover on top of the rails, centering it side to side.
- Fold each panel back toward the tailgate one at a time, allowing the auto-latch system to engage.
- Tighten the cover retaining clamps underneath the rails on both sides.
- Attach the rubber bumpers to the panel that folds against the cab.
- Test the tailgate seal and confirm the tailgate opens and closes normally with the cover in place.
