Raise and support the JKU safely. Allow the exhaust to cool completely. Unbolt the factory exhaust at the midpipe flange and remove it from the factory hangers. Install the Thermal R&D B509-C509 system, reusing factory hangers and securing with the supplied clamps and hardware. Torque all fasteners and confirm alignment before lowering. Perform a short test drive and inspect all joints for leaks.
