Installation Instructions
Apply penetrating fluid to all factory exhaust hangers and clamps before beginning. Raise the vehicle safely on jack stands. Working from rear to front, unclip all hanger isolators and disconnect the factory catback at the OEM connection points. Remove the factory system. Install the B1202-C1206 starting at the rear muffler section, leaving all clamps hand-tight. Route the system into all OEM hanger locations, center the polished quad tips within the rear bumper cutouts, and torque all clamps to specification. Connect any active valve wiring if equipped. Start the engine and check all connections for leaks before returning to service.
