Engineered and built at Thermal R&D's Lancaster, California facility from T304 stainless steel, the B183-C187 replaces the full exhaust path from the turbo outlet to the dual polished exit tips. The system uses Thermal R&D's patented Helmholtz resonator technology, tuned to the Civic 1.5T, to eliminate highway drone while delivering an engaging sport exhaust sound under hard acceleration.

Installation Instructions
Raise and support the Civic Hatchback safely. Remove the factory frontpipe and catback. Install the B183-C187 frontpipe at the turbo outlet using supplied gaskets and hardware, then route and hang the catback on the supplied OEM-style hangers. Align the dual polished tips and torque all hardware to specification. Total install time approximately 90 minutes. Full written instructions included.
