The Thermal R&D B911-C911-C is a 3" catback exhaust system for the 2021+ Ford Bronco 4-Door, featuring a ceramic coated muffler canister for increased thermal protection and a premium blacked-out appearance under the vehicle. Built in Lancaster, California from T304 mandrel-bent stainless steel, the B911-C911-C delivers the same bold exhaust character as the standard B911-C911 with the added benefit of a high-temperature ceramic coated muffler. Installation Instructions
Safely lift and support the Bronco. Remove the factory catback from the exhaust connection rearward. Route the B911-C911-C observing the high-clearance routing shown in the instructions, connect the inlet flange, torque all hardware to specification, and align the tips. Install time approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Full written instructions included.
