Built at Thermal R&D's Lancaster, California facility from T304 mandrel-bent stainless steel, the B920-C920-C delivers a deep, authoritative Coyote V8 exhaust tone while Thermal R&D's patented Helmholtz resonator technology eliminates standing wave drone at highway speeds, keeping the cabin comfortable on long drives. The system is available across all 24 cab, bed length, and tip finish configurations for a precise bolt-on fitment in every F-150 5.0L application.

Installation Instructions
Lift and support the F-150 safely. Remove the factory catback from the connection rearward. Route the B920-C920-C on the OEM-style hangers following the cab/bed-specific routing in the included instructions, connect the inlet flange, torque all hardware to specification, and align the tips. Install time approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Full written instructions included.
