Installation Instructions
- Safely lift and support the vehicle, then remove the driveshaft and transmission.
- Remove the OEM pressure plate and clutch disc assembly.
- Inspect the flywheel friction surface for grooves or hot spots. Resurface or replace as needed.
- Install the ACT 3000504 disc using the alignment tool (ACT AT90 or equivalent) to center it in the spline.
- Install the ACT pressure plate and torque the bolts to the factory specification in a star pattern.
- Replace the release bearing with ACT RB004 or equivalent.
- Reinstall the transmission and driveshaft to factory torque specifications.
- Bed in the new clutch with several progressive engagement cycles before full-load use.
