Installation Instructions

1. Read the exact manufacturer instructions for 46-20398-R, verify the actual engine, supplied parts and every unresolved source conflict before disassembly.
2. Resolve the two-listed versus one-described 73 mm O-ring placement before assembling the throttle adapter; do not assume a spare or install two rings in one groove.
3. On a cool, level vehicle with parking brake engaged and negative battery disconnected, remove engine cover and protect the core-support edge as the manual directs. Unlock airbox-sensor connector, release intake coupling and remove airbox.
4. Unclip intake wiring, release its plastic vacuum tube and turbo-inlet retaining clip and remove intake tube. Unlock both original charge-pipe sensor connectors.
