Installation Instructions

6. Align safe clearance from all wires, hoses, brake lines, body and tires. Starting at the front, evenly tighten clamps and fasteners. Use the printed 40–45 ft-lb specification for band clamps, without applying it as an invented flange or hanger bolt torque.
7. Reinstall the spare tire and tire guard. Start the vehicle, locate and repair any leak, and complete the work before removing supports. Re-tighten all clamps and hardware after 50–100 miles.
