Installation Instructions
- Read the exact manufacturer instructions for 46-38014, verify the actual engine, intake, hardware and applicable emissions scope before removal.
- Remove the engine cover and loosen the tube clamps at body and airbox. Disconnect the MAF harness carefully without breaking its push clip.
- Release the PCV hose clamp and remove the hose from the intake tube. Remove and retain the four factory throttle-body screws; they are not reused for this spacer.
- Keep the factory O-ring seated. Fit the spacer with TOP upward and put the supplied gasket between spacer and body.
- Use the supplied M6 x 60mm screws, washers and lock washers in the exact manual's order/orientation; tighten to 10 Nm (89 in-lb).
- Restore the tube, MAF plug, PCV hose and clamp, other clamps and engine cover. Recheck bolts and clamps after 100 miles.
