aFe 49-33152-P Vulcan uses 3-inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless tubing, an X-pipe and top/bottom expansion-chamber sections with factory-style exhaust valves. Transfer BOTH original valve motors and reconnect their wiring; two selected polished 4-inch outlets finish the system.

Installation Instructions
Verify aFe 49-33152-P.
- Read BOTH exact September 2026 manual pages and confirm Ranger RAPTOR 3.0L twin-turbo. Cool exhaust, inspect parts, wear eye/hand protection and safely support vehicle at owner-manual jack-stand positions. Support original exhaust separately; leave new joints loose for alignment.
- Loosen original tailpipe clamps and unbolt rubber hanger mounts for easier removal. NOTE EACH MOUNT LOCATION AND ORIENTATION, retain mounts/bolts and remove original tailpipes. Unplug BOTH valve electrical connectors, loosen slip/band clamps and unbolt original muffler hanger mounts to remove factory muffler assembly.
- Transfer ORIGINAL VALVE MOTORS to the new TOP and BOTTOM expansion-chamber valve assemblies using original hardware. PUSH AND TURN CLOCKWISE until motor bolt mounts align, then install original bolts. The valve should remain in place when correctly seated. No new motors or wiring harness are included.
- Reinstall ALL rubber hanger mounts on the new exhaust. Install X-pipe assembly 05-245614 using ORIGINAL SLEEVE CLAMP and original flange hardware. Bolt its rubber isolator using factory hardware and supplied ONE M8 x 1.25 nut 03-50403.
- Install top expansion chamber 05-245615 and bottom 05-245616 with supplied 3-inch band clamps. RECONNECT BOTH valve electrical connectors and install rubber isolators. Install driver/passenger over-axle tubes 05-245617/05-245618 into their chambers with supplied clamps; engage isolators and leave loose for adjustment.
- Install driver/passenger tailpipes 05-245619/05-245620 and selected tips using the remaining provided clamps. SIX 3-inch band clamps are supplied in total. Adjust complete system and verify safe clearance to wires, hoses, brake lines, body and tires.
- Tighten evenly FRONT to REAR. BAND CLAMPS require 40-45 FT-LB; no separate factory sleeve/flange, motor-bolt, M8 nut or tip-fastener numeric torque is supplied. Start engine, check/repair leaks and lower vehicle. Re-tighten clamps/hardware after 50-100 miles. Current primary specifies no cutting/modifications; no battery, coding, sensor or welding procedure is directed.
