NO. This 169-inch Crew Cab long-bed kit uses front pipe 05-242010, over-axle 05-242011 and tailpipe 05-242012. Its own bill has no separate extension or short-bed rear pipe. Do not transfer Mega Cab / short-bed assembly rules from another part number.

The shared manual header uses Cat-Back, while its step 5 explicitly removes factory exhaust only to BACK OF DPF. Current exact selected manufacturer page identifies DPF-Back. Retain original DPF; the generic header does not establish a different connection.

Main tubes are ALUMINIZED STEEL. ONE black 49T50701-B15 stainless bolt-on tip has 5-inch inlet, 7-inch outlet and 15-inch length. Alternative stainless main sections in shared bill are not extra supplied parts.

Support factory exhaust. Install front/mid-pipe using 4.5-inch band and original isolation mounts, over-axle with first 5-inch band, then tailpipe with second 5-inch band and original hanger mount. Fit tip, align and tighten FRONT to REAR.

BAND CLAMPS require 40-45 ft-lb; no separate numeric decorative-tip torque is printed. Check leaks and repair before lowering safely. Re-tighten ALL clamps and hardware after 50-100 miles. Current primary specifies no cutting for stated configuration.

Installation Instructions

1. Read own September 2026 TWO-page manual, ALL FIFTEEN steps, full bill and diagram. Confirm Crew Cab / 8-foot LONG BED / 169-inch wheelbase and actual 6.7L diesel. Inspect shipping condition, cool exhaust, wear eye/hand protection and use vehicle-manual jack-stand positions. Support factory exhaust separately and leave new joints loose for adjustment.
2. Remove original exhaust UP TO BACK OF DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER. The shared manual heading says Cat-Back, but its step 5 and current exact primary identify the retained-DPF connection. Do not remove the DPF or infer a different turbo/downpipe connection.
3. Install ALUMINIZED front pipe 05-242010 with supplied 4.5-inch band 05-410241 and engage its hangers in ORIGINAL factory isolation mounts. No separate extension or short-bed rear pipe is used in this three-section kit.
4. Install over-axle 05-242011 with one supplied 5-inch band. Install tailpipe 05-242012 with the second 5-inch band and engage its hanger in ORIGINAL isolation mount. Install selected black tip and adjust exhaust/tip position.
5. Check safe clearances from wires, hoses, brake lines, body parts and tires. Align then tighten evenly from FRONT to REAR. BAND CLAMPS require 40-45 FT-LB. No separate numeric decorative-tip torque is printed.
6. Start vehicle and check for leaks; repair any found before lowering safely. Re-tighten ALL clamps and hardware after 50-100 miles. Current exact manufacturer says no cutting or modifications for this listed configuration. No battery-disconnection, sensor relocation, valve transfer or coding procedure is printed.
