Installation Instructions
- Read the exact manufacturer instructions for 46-20064-R, verify the actual engine, supplied parts and every unresolved source conflict before disassembly.
- Allow the engine to cool, park on level ground and apply the parking brake; use wheel chocks as necessary and the specified protective equipment.
- For the driver-side cold tube, loosen the two manifold-end clamps and two intercooler-end clamps and remove the original cold tube and couplings.
- Fit the supplied cold-side couplings and clamps to the replacement tube and place it in the vehicle without fully tightening. Confirm it rests on no metal surface, then tighten its clamps.
- Remove the intake tube for passenger-side hot-pipe access using the instructed socket or screwdriver.
