Chock the rear tires and support the vehicle at factory lift/jack-stand locations. Remove front wheels. Detach ABS and brake-line attachments at the spindle and their upper brackets, and disconnect the sway link from the spindle. Remove the lower strut bolt. MARK the original lower-control-arm alignment-cam positions, then LOOSEN BUT DO NOT REMOVE those lower-arm bolts so the arm can droop. Remove the TWO spindle-to-lower-arm bolts and the original upper strut hardware, then withdraw the intact strut assembly. The selected procedure separates the spindle at the lower arm; do not substitute a different kit’s upper-ball-joint removal sequence.

Place the billet spacer on the complete strut using the ORIGINAL upper hardware, then reinstall at the body using the SUPPLIED upper mounting hardware. Refit the original lower strut bolt. Raise the lower arm and reinstall the two spindle-to-arm bolts. Retighten the lower-arm cam bolts while matching the original marked positions. Reconnect the sway link and restore ALL spindle and upper ABS/brake-line brackets. Check secure routing and clearance throughout steering and suspension travel.
