Press the housing into the factory mounting grommets, aligned with the original front air inlet duct. Insert the tube into the factory inlet tube and the filter, then press its transferred mounting grommet into position, align and tighten clamps. Lift the engine cover and reroute the MAF harness around the oil-filter housing before reconnecting it. Reconnect the vacuum line on automatic vehicles where fitted. Reinstall the original brace and four bolts where equipped. Verify clamps are secure and recheck periodically. No numeric torque, fixed mileage recheck, separate new bellows coupling or wiring extension is provided.
