Installation Instructions

Passenger side: disconnect the MAF harness, loosen the tube clamps and disconnect the original smog line. Release the lower airbox bolts and lower ram-air retaining clip and remove the airbox. Attach its filter adaptor with three supplied button-head screws/wavy washers, then install both required diverters and the 16.5-inch trim. Loosen the lower ram-air-unit T30 fastener, attach the housing tab and restore that fastener and original mounting nut. Transfer the original MAF into passenger tube 05-00889 with its supplied gasket and screws, then install and position the tube with its two couplers and four main clamps. Follow the illustrated elbow-removal and filter-top connection, using the listed fitting and mini clamp as appropriate to the actual assembly; retain the original smog line and position it above the ram-air unit. Install the filter and reconnect the MAF harness.
