Installation Instructions

Verify aFe 54-11762. Read both full-resolution manual pages and compare all listed parts with the vehicle. Remove original right-side and rear housing nuts, loosen the throttle-body clamp, pull the breather line from the original tube, unplug MAF wiring and remove the original intake assembly. Assemble the new lower housing mount with supplied screw, plastic spacer and nut as illustrated. Transfer original MAF: remove the gasket backing, attach the gasket to the new tube and install the sensor with supplied M4 screws. Attach the adaptor with three M6x10 screws, install trim and the selected filter, and secure its clamp. Transfer the original inlet duct to the new housing. Place the housing and reuse both original mounting nuts. Loosely fit the hump coupling and two clamps on the tube; fit the straight coupling and two clamps at the throttle body and tighten its throttle-body clamp. Connect tube to the throttle-body coupling, tighten clamps, then slide the loose hump coupling toward the adaptor and secure it. Restore original breather line and MAF wiring. Verify seating and secure connections. The source repeats its final step number; follow the physical sequence.
