Replace the original vent tubes with the supplied hoses; apply the mini clamp at the valve cover if necessary. If no 3/8-inch vacuum line exists, close its unused tube port with the supplied cap. Reconnect MAF wiring and tighten the filter clamp without damaging the filter base. Restore battery connection after work; no separate final battery step is printed.
