aFe 54-10062 is the current Rapid Induction Pro 5R intake for specified Ford 7.3L turbo diesel trucks and Excursion, formerly listed as Magnum FORCE Stage-2. The new upper housing and splash guard engage the original lower airbox. It includes one oiled filter and a replacement tube; it does not replace the battery tray or supply a new filter minder.

Installation Instructions
Verify aFe 54-10062. Read all displayed photographs and the full January 2020 bill. Disconnect the battery. Loosen the original upper-airbox/tube connection, carefully remove the filter minder, release the lid clamps and remove the old lid and filter. Fit the new main filter into the new housing and secure it, then install the front splash guard with the supplied screws. Insert the splash-panel tabs at an angle into the original lower-airbox slots so they rest on the lower slot edges; do not hook them over the plastic. Slightly depress the spring tab and lower the new housing until it snaps in place. Fit the short hose on the housing nipple and restore the original filter minder with its mini clamp. Loosen the turbo-side clamps and remove the original duct. Position a straight coupler and clamps at the turbo inlet without tightening, fit the other straight coupler/clamps to the new tube and align the complete assembly. Secure all clamps without overtightening, apply the listed trim lengths to the actual housing arrangement and reconnect battery terminals.
