aFe 50-70094R is the Momentum GT intake with one 20-91207R filter using five oiled cotton-gauze layers. The exact twelve-page manual identifies one molded intake tube, one XLPE window housing, an EPDM inlet trim seal and the fitting/grommet for the original intake-air-temperature sensor. The two original rubber intake hoses and their clamps remain in use; this is not a replacement pair of full-length turbo inlet tubes.
The current exact manufacturer page supports 2019-2024 Edge ST with the 2.7L twin-turbo V6; the linked shared manual cover still ends at 2023. The exact-part named table independently supports the later Edge endpoint. Lincoln Nautilus Black Label and Reserve remain 2019-2023, with Select 2019, all conditional on the actual 2.7L twin-turbo engine. The manufacturer manual expressly includes Nautilus, so its absence from the current Edge headline is not a reason to delete existing coverage. Lincoln describes the redesigned 2024 Nautilus with 2.0L four-cylinder gasoline/hybrid powertrains; no 2024 Nautilus extension, earlier MKX, Edge Sport, ST-Line or 2.0L fit is inferred. All original named groups and gaps are retained.

The alternate-media filter in the shared bill of materials is not a second supplied filter. The procedure also uses the selected filter clamp, identified by the manufacturer as stainless steel, but the bill of materials does not give it a separate service part or size. Reuse both original rubber hoses and their clamps, the original housing isolators and two original inlet screws. Do not add replacement silicone turbo elbows, a new temperature sensor or unlisted screws to the supplied contents. The generic page field Coupler Included does not override the illustrated retention of the original rubber hoses.
aFe Power develops application-specific intake, filtration, exhaust, cooling, tuning, suspension, drivetrain, and truck-performance components supported by product testing and documented installation requirements.
One 20-91207R filter with five oiled cotton-gauze layers. It has a 6-inch height and an oval 6-3/4 x 4-3/4-inch flange.
Are both factory turbo inlet hoses replaced? No. The molded tube attaches to both original rubber hoses, which retain their original clamps.
Does the 2023 manual endpoint exclude 2024 Edge ST?The current exact manufacturer page explicitly includes 2024 Edge ST 2.7L and an exact-part named table corroborates it. The linked manual cover still ends at 2023.
Does this extend to the redesigned 2024 Nautilus? No extension is made. Existing Nautilus 2.7L named rows end at 2023; Lincoln specifies 2.0L four-cylinder powertrains for the redesigned 2024 model.
Which sensor moves to the new tube? The original IAT sensor. Remove it a quarter turn counterclockwise, install it a quarter turn clockwise and aim the fitting mounting tab between the two tube outlets.
Which mounts and fasteners are reused? The original rubber isolators and two original inlet screws. Return any isolator stuck in the removed box to its vehicle bracket before installing the housing.
Which end of the tube is installed first?Insert the new tube into the selected filter first, then attach the two original rubber hoses, tighten their clamps and tighten the filter clamp.
What torque and recheck interval does the manual give?It provides no numeric torque or battery-disconnection step. Check bolts, clamps and connectors after 100-200 miles.
Verify aFe 50-70094R. Read all twelve pages and figures A-G on a cool engine. With a 7 mm nut driver, remove and retain the two original inlet screws and loosen both original rubber-hose clamps. Detach the rubber hoses from the original airbox and unplug the IAT connector. Lift the original box from the isolators; if an isolator remains in the removed box, return it to its mounting bracket. Fit the supplied EPDM inlet trim to the new housing. Align the housing pins and seat them fully through the isolators, then reinstall both original inlet screws. Slide the selected filter and its clamp into the housing until the filter locks; leave the clamp loose. Remove the original IAT sensor with a quarter turn counterclockwise and pull gently. Fit the supplied grommet and sensor fitting to the new tube; the manual allows lubricant to ease fitting installation. Install the sensor with a quarter turn clockwise. Carefully rotate the fitting so its mounting tab points between the two tube outlet openings, as shown in figure E. Insert the tube into the filter first, then reconnect the original rubber hoses and tighten their clamps with a 7 mm driver. Tighten the filter clamp with an 8 mm driver. Reconnect the IAT harness and verify all parts are secure. The manual specifies no battery-disconnection step or numeric torque. Check bolts, clamps and connectors after 100-200 miles.
The selected-media flow chart reports 400 CFM versus 350 CFM stock, approximately 14% at seven inches of water; the other media result is not assigned to this configuration. The exact selected-media dyno marks differences of 23.57 hp and 28.14 lb-ft at 4,400 rpm. These are same-rpm differences, not differences between separate maximum power or torque values. The sheet does not print numeric separate maxima, so none are invented. Both runs identify a 2019 Edge ST, OE exhaust and OE wheels/tires, fourth gear with a 2,000-rpm start, red fan and silver fan. The intake run is October 10, 2022, SAE 1.02, versus September 19 baseline, SAE 1.02. Different dates and the dry run correction-factor difference limit direct comparison; no result is guaranteed for every vehicle or for Nautilus. Current exact manufacturer page and manual state non-CARB status and California purchase/registered-vehicle restrictions. The original MAF wording is corrected to the actual IAT procedure.
