Insert the complete MAF cartridge directly into the filter with its tabs toward the filter and the sensor about 45 degrees upward when viewed from the front. Fit the bellows to the cartridge. Insert the tube into the bellows first, then the turbo adapter, align and secure clamps. Restore both top vent lines. Support the opposite fitting while engaging each lower quick-connect so the grommets cannot push into the tube; verify both click into place. Reconnect the MAF and restore the engine cover. The supplied rear plug optionally closes the auxiliary inlet. The manual specifies no battery disconnection or numeric torque. Check all screws, clamps and connectors after 100-200 miles.
