The aFe Silver Bullet high-flow throttle body 46-39102 bored to 76mm for maximum unrestricted airflow into the intake manifold, eliminating the factory throttle bore as a bottleneck for the 2018-2023 Toyota 4Runner. This throttle body is precision-machined from aluminum to direct-replacement specifications and connects to the factory throttle position sensor and IAC with no wiring modification. The 46-39102 works synergistically with a cold air intake or exhaust upgrade for maximum return.

Installation Overview
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal and allow the engine to cool
- Remove the intake tube connected to the throttle body inlet
- Disconnect the TPS sensor connector and IAC connections from the factory throttle body
- Remove the four throttle body mounting bolts and set the factory unit aside
- Install the new throttle body with a fresh gasket and torque all bolts to factory specification
- Transfer the TPS sensor and IAC connectors to the new unit
- Reconnect all intake plumbing and vacuum lines
- Reconnect the battery and start the engine to confirm normal idle
- Allow the ECU to complete an idle relearn cycle before performing a WOT test
