aFe 49-36428 MACH Force-Xp replaces the original front resonator with 3-inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless tubing and an interlock-lined flex section. MIG-welded construction joins the retained original turbo downpipe and rear exhaust through the specified flange and sleeve connections.

Verify aFe 49-36428.
- Read BOTH own September 2026 manual pages and all 14 steps/diagram. Inspect shipping condition, cool exhaust, wear eye/hand protection and support vehicle/exhaust independently at approved jack/stand positions. Lay out pipe and leave new joints adjustable until aligned.
- Remove the original BELLY PAN from underside using flathead screwdriver; retain pan and hardware. Loosen nuts on ORIGINAL SLEEVE CLAMP joining original resonator pipe to retained rear exhaust. Remove nuts joining original resonator pipe to turbo downpipe.
- Install new mid-pipe on ORIGINAL downpipe using ORIGINAL GASKET and THREE supplied M8 x 1.25 x 35 bolts/THREE supplied M8 x 1.25 nuts. No new gasket is itemized. Slide ORIGINAL sleeve clamp between new mid-pipe and original rear exhaust and tighten.
- REINSTALL BELLY PAN. Check alignment and safe clearance from wires, hoses, brake lines, body and tires. The own cover specifies BAND CLAMPS 40-45 FT-LB, but no new band is itemized and step 9 simply tightens original sleeve. No separate original-sleeve or M8 flange numeric torque is assigned; do not silently apply generic band value to either original component.
