The exact bill contains no filter, housing, replacement sensor, filter minder, CCV line or mounting bracket. A generic Filter Included flag on the current page does not override that component list. The later installation photographs show a separate aFe intake that is not part of this tube kit; the manual explicitly permits the stock intake as well. Retain the original bracket and hardware: step 11 says the bracket must be reinstalled to the engine later, but the following steps do not specify a separate bracket-fastening procedure or torque. Confirm its proper factory installation rather than inventing a torque or discarding the bracket.

Verify aFe 54-81029. Read all sixteen pages and figures A-I and allow the vehicle to cool completely before work. Unplug MAF, remove the filter minder from its grommet without unnecessarily disconnecting its wiring, loosen the intake clamp and lift the intake housing from its mounting grommets. Loosen the turbo-inlet clamp, remove the two bracket nuts, expose the CCV pinch clamp and open it only enough to release the original CCV line. Remove the old tube and retain its bracket and hardware for proper reinstallation. Seat the new CCV grommet in the new short tube. Fit the straight coupling and two supplied clamps at the turbo, insert the new short tube and press the original CCV line into its underside grommet. Add the elbow coupling and remaining two clamps, leaving the connections loose for alignment. Reinstall the retained intake components and filter minder, supporting its grommet from inside if needed. Restore the coolant overflow line and secure its spring clamp. Position the intake beneath the reservoir while seating the housing in its mounting grommets, then align the tube so it does not contact the reservoir. Restore the retained bracket appropriately; the manual does not supply its later fastening detail. Secure all four new clamps and any retained intake-tract clamps, reconnect MAF and the front housing breather/bypass connection, and verify all hose and electrical connections. No battery step or numeric torque is given. Recheck screws, clamps and connectors after 100-200 miles.
