Installation Instructions

1. Read both September 2026 manual pages, all 17 steps, bill, diagram and installed photo. Verify 2012-2016 Impreza 2.0L SEDAN and actual flange/mount layout. Manufacturer sedan restriction conflicts with positive retailer Sport hatchback listings; resolve actual body configuration before installation. Cool exhaust, wear eye/hand protection and support vehicle/exhaust independently.
2. Remove TWO factory spring-loaded flange bolts, retain them and remove old exhaust from THREE original rubber isolation mounts using appropriate hanger tool. Transfer rubber mounts to new mid-pipe and muffler hangers.
3. Install front pipe on factory rear downpipe using TWO original spring-loaded bolts. Keep upstream factory equipment installed. Leave new connections loose for adjustment.
4. Fit resonator over front pipe with first supplied 2.5-inch BAND clamp. Join mid-pipe to resonator with second 2.5-inch BAND clamp and engage ONE original rubber mount on frame hanger.
5. Join muffler to mid-pipe with ONE 2.25-inch BAND clamp and engage TWO original rubber mounts. Fit selected black clamp-on tip using its supplied band clamp; separate tip-clamp service identity is not printed.
