- Read both September 2026 manual pages, all 17 steps, bill, diagram and installed photos. Cool exhaust, wear eye/hand protection, support vehicle at approved points and support exhaust independently. Leave new connections loose for alignment.
- Remove crossmember, retaining EIGHT 13mm bolts, TWO 10mm plastic nuts, TWO 8mm screws and TWO E14 Torx bolts. These are printed tool/head sizes, not bolt thread dimensions.
- UNPLUG factory valve motor and secure its connector in a safe area as instructed. This system removes the exhaust valves; do not transfer/reconnect the motor using another kit procedure. No emulator or coding procedure is supplied.
- Loosen original band-clamp 15mm nut at factory turbo downpipe. Remove SIX 13mm hanger nuts, retain mounts/hardware and remove factory exhaust. Keep original turbo downpipe installed.
- Slide new front pipe onto original turbo downpipe and snug its original hanger nut. Identify supplied 80mm BAND clamp at front connection; bill prints service number 05-140273. Diagram callouts conflict with bill numbering, so verify actual hardware shape and size.
- Join mid and tail sections using TWO supplied 3.5-inch V-BAND clamps. Engage rods in original isolation mounts and restore original hanger-to-chassis nuts. No separate new muffler, resonator or motor is listed.
- REINSTALL crossmember with all EIGHT 13mm bolts, TWO 10mm plastic nuts, TWO 8mm screws and TWO E14 Torx bolts. Check brace, body, wiring, hose, brake-line and tire clearances.
- Tighten evenly FRONT to REAR. BAND clamp specification is 40-45 FT-LB. Apply anti-seize to V-BAND hardware and HAND tighten to 10-15 FT-LB. No separate hanger or crossmember numeric torque is provided.
