Installation Instructions

- Verify exact 4WD Tacoma V6 3.5L, named application, original connections and emissions eligibility. Read both pages/all 20 selected steps, inventory all three sections and selected hardware, cool and safely support the vehicle and original exhaust.
- Disconnect negative battery and unplug all original O2 harness connectors. Remove the specified spring bolts, manifold nuts and outlet hardware, remove the original Y-pipe and transfer original O2 sensors into the correct selected side pipes.
- Join both selected side pipes to the collector using the two supplied 2-1/4-inch bands loosely. Install at the original manifolds with two supplied crush gaskets and original nuts; connect the collector to the factory exhaust with the supplied outlet gasket, bolts and nuts.
- Restore every O2 electrical connection and the battery. Align the full assembly with safe clearances from wires, hoses, brake lines, body and tires. Tighten from front to rear, using 40–45 ft-lb only for band clamps and exact service specifications for other connections.
- Start and leak-check; determine and correct any leak before completion, safely remove supports and retighten all clamps and hardware after 50–100 miles. No cut, sensor relocation, fixed numerical clearance or measured gain is borrowed from another kit.
