Installation Instructions
- Read the exact manufacturer instructions for 46-38010, verify the actual engine, intake, hardware and applicable emissions scope before removal.
- Remove the engine cover and disconnect the CCV hose from the OEM intake tube. Loosen the tube clamps at the body and airbox and remove the tube.
- Remove and retain the four factory throttle-body bolts; the new spacer installation uses the supplied longer hardware.
- Keep the manifold O-ring seated and undamaged. Position the spacer engraved side toward the body and put the supplied gasket between spacer and body.
- Place the lock washer first and flat washer next onto each supplied M6 x 70mm screw. Fasten the assembly to 89 in-lb.
- Restore the intake tube, CCV hose, clamps and engine cover. Verify all connections and the applicable EO label.
