Installation Instructions
- Unload the vehicle and allow it to return to normal, unloaded ride height before beginning installation.
- Safely lift and support the vehicle. Access the coil springs from below the vehicle.
- Measure the coil spring inside diameter and inside height to confirm the ALF60915 is the correct kit before installing.
- If applicable, install heat shields around the air spring with the supplied clamps to protect the air spring from exhaust heat.
- Compress the air spring by hand and insert it into the inside of the coil spring.
- Position the air spring so it seats properly within the coil spring travel range without contacting the shock absorber shaft or upper spring seat.
- Route the air line from the spring through a protected path away from exhaust, steering, and moving components.
- Connect the air line to the tee fitting and route both lines to the Schrader valve mounting location.
- Mount the Schrader valves in an accessible location for inflation and deflation.
- Lower the vehicle and inflate the air springs to 5 PSI minimum before driving.
