Installation Overview
- Lift the 992 Turbo or Turbo S safely and support on appropriate stands or a lift
- Allow the factory exhaust to cool completely before beginning
- Remove the factory muffler clamps and disconnect both mufflers from the OEM center pipe connections
- Unhook both factory mufflers from their rubber hanger isolators
- Lower and remove both OEM muffler assemblies from the vehicle
- Position the Akrapovic S-PO/TI/19 left muffler and connect to the left center pipe
- Position the right muffler and connect to the right center pipe
- Hang both mufflers on the factory rubber isolators
- Install Akrapovic clamps hand-tight and verify alignment before torquing
- Install the T-PO/R19H-TI titanium tip set (sold separately) and verify positioning in the rear bumper openings
- Torque all clamps to specification and verify no exhaust leaks at idle and under load
