Installation Overview

1. Lift the 992 911 and secure on jack stands or a 4-post lift
2. Allow the factory Sport Exhaust to cool completely before handling
3. Disconnect the OEM valve actuator harness at the PSE muffler connector
4. Remove all factory Sport Exhaust muffler clamps and disconnect from the OEM hangers
5. Lower and remove the factory PSE muffler assembly
6. Position the Akrapovic S-PO/T/8 muffler and connect to the center pipe
7. Reconnect the valve actuator harness to the OEM connector on the S-PO/T/8
8. Hang the muffler on the factory rubber isolators
9. Install and hand-tighten all Akrapovic clamps before confirming tip alignment in the rear bumper inserts
10. Torque all clamps to specification, start the vehicle, and verify no exhaust leaks and correct valve operation in all PSE modes
