Installation Instructions
- Lift and support the vehicle safely. Remove the front wheels.
- Remove the factory caliper and rotor. Retain the caliper bolts for reference on torque specs.
- Install the Alcon mounting bracket using the supplied hardware. Torque to specification in the included instructions.
- Mount the Alcon rotor onto the hub. Hand-thread the lug nuts to hold the rotor in position during assembly.
- Slide the Alcon caliper over the rotor and bolt to the bracket. Torque caliper bolts to Alcon specification.
- Install the included brake pads and confirm the pad retaining hardware is fully seated.
- Connect any brake line fittings. Bleed the brake system until the pedal is firm with no air in the lines.
