Install Instructions

1. Raise the vehicle, engage the parking brake, and remove both front wheels
2. Loosen the factory brake line fitting at the caliper and cap it to minimize fluid loss
3. Remove the OEM caliper, bracket, and rotor from each side
4. Clean the hub face and mount the new BSK4415X600 bracket using OEM hardware torqued to factory spec
5. Install the new 350x32mm rotor onto the hub, confirming correct left/right rotor placement
6. Load the PNS4415X511 pads into the caliper and install the caliper onto the bracket
7. Torque caliper mounting bolts to Alcon's specified torque value
8. Connect the new banjo bolt and brake line fitting with new crush washers
9. Bleed the brake system starting with the caliper farthest from the master cylinder
10. Reinstall wheels, torque to factory spec, and complete a gradual bed-in procedure before normal driving
