Install Instructions

  1. Remove the upper and lower grille covers and disconnect associated connectors.
  2. Remove the factory intercooler support brackets and disconnect the BOV and cooling lines.
  3. Remove the factory intercooler and transfer the BOV and rubber grommets to the AMS intercooler.
  4. Install the AMS intercooler using the factory lower and upper support brackets.
  5. Reconnect the BOV, cooling lines, and any electrical connectors.
  6. Reinstall the grille and covers, then verify all connections before starting the engine.
