Constructed from laser-cut and formed durable 3mm steel, the Zenith features e-coat, metal prep, and a satin black powder coat finish for ultimate corrosion resistance. Extensive engineering has maximized strength and aesthetics in this new low-profile design. Twin integrated 8-ton (17,637 lb) rated recovery points, finished in red powder coat, provide a complete recovery solution. The forged recovery points are shaped to protect soft shackles and prevent point loading on steel bow shackles. Integrated front bash plates, along with the wings and pans of the bumper, offer superior protection to vulnerable vehicle components. The design ensures maximum airflow to critical cooling systems without affecting powertrain performance.
OEM fog lamps are utilized via dual apertures, and radar/ADAS systems are accommodated where required. The built-in winch cradle is compatible with most low-mount winches up to 12,000 lbs. A removable center grille allows installation of up to seven 4-inch pod lights or a light bar up to 30 inches. Twin recessed recovery jack points provide safe, secure locations for an ARB Jack or traditional farm jacks.
