Installation Notes

1. Safely lift the vehicle and support the rear axle with jack stands at the frame , do not allow the axle to hang freely with the shock disconnected
2. Remove the rear wheel if needed for access to the shock mounting points
3. Remove the top-eye mounting bolt securing the factory shock to the upper chassis mount
4. Remove the bottom-eye mounting bolt securing the factory shock to the rear axle
5. Remove the old shock absorber
6. Install the ARB63155 by aligning the top eye with the upper chassis mount and inserting the factory bolt
7. Align the bottom eye with the rear axle mount and insert the factory bolt
8. Torque both mounting bolts to the Suzuki factory specification with the suspension at static ride height (vehicle resting on its wheels)
9. Reinstall the wheel if removed and lower the vehicle
10. Inspect shock mounting hardware after the first 50 miles and re-torque if needed
