Installation Notes
- Safely lift the vehicle and support the rear axle with jack stands at the frame , do not allow the axle to hang freely with the shock disconnected
- Remove the rear wheel if needed for access to the shock mounting points
- Remove the top-eye mounting bolt securing the factory shock to the upper chassis mount
- Remove the bottom-eye mounting bolt securing the factory shock to the rear axle
- Remove the old shock absorber
- Install the ARB63155 by aligning the top eye with the upper chassis mount and inserting the factory bolt
- Align the bottom eye with the rear axle mount and insert the factory bolt
- Torque both mounting bolts to the Suzuki factory specification with the suspension at static ride height (vehicle resting on its wheels)
- Reinstall the wheel if removed and lower the vehicle
- Inspect shock mounting hardware after the first 50 miles and re-torque if needed
