Install Instructions

1. Raise and safely support the truck on jack stands, then allow the exhaust system to cool completely if the vehicle has been driven recently.
2. Spray the factory rubber exhaust hangers with a lubricant such as WD-40 or soapy water to ease removal.
3. Remove the factory catback exhaust starting at the catalytic converter or downpipe flange, working back toward the tailpipe, and disconnect all hangers.
4. Test fit the B928-C920-D mid pipe section to the factory flange using the factory hardware, leaving connections loose for adjustment.
5. Mark a witness line on each pipe joint, slide on the provided band clamps, and connect the muffler section to the mid pipe up to the witness mark.
6. Install the tailpipe section into the rear hanger and connect it to the muffler outlet, aligning the Dual Polished Tips for a level, centered fit.
