Installation Instructions
- Park on a level surface, chock the wheels, loosen the wheel fasteners slightly and then raise and support the vehicle safely.
- Remove the wheel and inspect the hub face, studs and wheel mounting face.
- Clean rust, paint build up and debris from the hub face so the spacer can sit flat.
- Fit the spacer over the studs and confirm it seats fully against the hub with no rocking.
- Refit the wheel and start every fastener by hand.
- Check that remaining thread engagement meets the wheel manufacturer requirement before tightening.
- Tighten the fasteners in a star pattern to the vehicle specified torque.
- Turn the steering to full lock in both directions and confirm the tyre clears suspension, liners and bodywork.
- Lower the vehicle, retorque the fasteners and road test at low speed.
- Retorque again after the first short drive and inspect for any contact marks.
