Installation Instructions

1. Read the instruction sheet supplied with the kit completely and confirm every listed component is in the box before starting work.
2. Park on level ground, chock the wheels, break the lug nuts loose, then raise the vehicle and support it on rated jack stands.
3. Remove the road wheels and take clear photographs of the factory brake assembly for reference.
4. Disconnect the factory brake hose or line at the caliper and cap the line to limit fluid loss.
5. Remove the factory caliper, bracket, rotor and any dust shield the instructions call out for removal.
6. Clean and inspect the hub or spindle, then install the supplied brackets, hubs or bearings exactly as the instruction sheet specifies.
7. Mount the rotor assembly, fit the caliper to the bracket and confirm the rotor is centered in the caliper with even pad clearance on both sides.
8. Install the supplied stainless braided hoses and fittings, then torque every fastener to the values in the instructions.
9. Bleed the system until the pedal is firm and no air comes out at any corner, and verify there are no leaks under pedal pressure.
10. Test fit the wheel and confirm clearance to the caliper at full lock and full droop before driving.
11. Bed the pads and rotors in with a series of moderate stops from moderate speed, then re-torque the lug nuts after the first short drive.
