Installation Instructions
- Read the instruction sheet supplied with the kit completely and confirm every listed component is in the box before starting work.
- Park on level ground, chock the wheels, break the lug nuts loose, then raise the vehicle and support it on rated jack stands.
- Remove the road wheels and take clear photographs of the factory brake assembly for reference.
- Disconnect the factory brake hose or line at the caliper and cap the line to limit fluid loss.
- Remove the factory caliper, bracket, rotor and any dust shield the instructions call out for removal.
- Clean and inspect the hub or spindle, then install the supplied brackets, hubs or bearings exactly as the instruction sheet specifies.
- Mount the rotor assembly, fit the caliper to the bracket and confirm the rotor is centered in the caliper with even pad clearance on both sides.
- Install the supplied stainless braided hoses and fittings, then torque every fastener to the values in the instructions.
- Bleed the system until the pedal is firm and no air comes out at any corner, and verify there are no leaks under pedal pressure.
- Test fit the wheel and confirm clearance to the caliper at full lock and full droop before driving.
- Bed the pads and rotors in with a series of moderate stops from moderate speed, then re-torque the lug nuts after the first short drive.
