These lights mount behind the factory grille and do not change the exterior appearance of the truck when viewed from the front. The stock grille look is fully maintained.

Installation Notes

1. Disconnect the vehicle's negative battery terminal before beginning any wiring work.
2. Remove any grille inserts or panels required to access the behind-grille mounting locations as described in the Baja Designs installation guide for the 440016.
3. Install the two behind-the-grille mounting brackets to the factory locations in the grille opening, using the supplied hardware.
4. Mount the six Squadron 2.0 Sport lights to the brackets in the positions shown in the installation guide, with Wide Cornering lights in the outer positions, Driving Combo in the mid positions, and Spot in the center positions.
5. Route the main wiring harness from the light pods to the engine bay, keeping wiring away from heat sources and moving parts and securing with the supplied hardware.
6. Connect the upfitter harness to the Raptor's factory upfitter switch wiring according to the Baja Designs diagram for your specific model year.
7. Reconnect the negative battery terminal, test all six lights through each upfitter switch, and perform a final beam aim adjustment before driving.
