The Banks Power 42804-R Monster-Ram® Intake and Killer Grid Heater Upgrade is a complete high-flow intake solution for 2013-2018 Ram 3500-5500 Chassis Cab trucks with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine. This patent-pending system replaces the restrictive factory intake elbow and failure-prone grid heater with a high-flow cast intake plate and Banks high-flow coil heater. It prevents catastrophic engine damage caused by broken grid heater bolts while delivering significantly improved airflow (88.3% more than stock), quicker throttle response, better fuel efficiency, and raised boost without increasing turbine drive pressure. The kit includes a proprietary #1 fuel line, EGR crossover tube, and all necessary hardware. Finished in red powder coat with raw components, it is 49-state emissions compliant (CARB EO pending) and supports dual-alternator engines.
