Installation Instructions
- Allow the cooling system to cool fully before opening. Never open a hot radiator cap.
- Twist the factory radiator cap counterclockwise one quarter turn to release pressure, then continue to remove.
- Install the Billet Technology 30011 by threading clockwise onto the radiator neck.
- Verify the cap seats fully and the pressure locking tabs engage correctly.
- Start the engine and allow to reach operating temperature.
- Check for leaks around the radiator cap area after the first heat cycle.
