- Twist the factory radiator cap counterclockwise one quarter turn to release pressure, then continue to remove.
- Install the Billet Technology 30015 by threading clockwise onto the radiator neck.
- Verify the cap seats fully and the pressure locking tabs engage correctly.
- Start the engine and allow it to reach operating temperature.
- Check for leaks around the radiator cap area after the first heat cycle.
