Installation Instructions

3. Set the engine to top dead center (TDC) on the compression stroke using timing marks before removing the OEM camshafts.
4. Remove the cam chain tensioner carefully and relieve tension before loosening cam sprocket bolts.
5. Remove the camshaft bearing cap bolts in a gradual, alternating sequence to avoid warping the head.
6. Lift the factory camshafts out and clean all mating surfaces thoroughly.
